Arthur Leslie: a pair of early 20th Century Royal Doulton vases and covers, urn shaped bodies applied with acanthus leaf strapwork to each sides terminating with Fawns' head to collar, gilt heightened, one painted with a Classical maiden holding a dove, the other with Maiden leaning against a plinth, both with flowers to reverse, both signed by Arthur Leslie, both covers with pierced trefid finials and raised gilt jewel decoration, green factory stamp, impressed 1239, painted RA 7336 D., approx 31cm high
